Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Supervise staff, providing training, development opportunities, and performance feedback to cultivate a motivated team.
- Maintain human resources functions including employee onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance with employment policies.
- Handle customer escalations
- Bonuses quarterly and annually for production. Support team as a generalist with P/C Apps from inbound households and min 3 life/health monthly - must have experience in sales and service and P/C and L/H license
- Manage daily activities, hold daily huddle and ensure daily tasks in ECRM are complete
- Model office culture for 5 star service
- Plan team celebrations and promote positive office culture
- Proven supervising experience with strong team management skills that inspire productivity and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Experience with schedule management and office administration in a professional setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette, client interaction, and internal team communication.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development, filing systems, and employee relations.
- Prior insurance experience in office and office management is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent follow up.
